How it started

Founded on a lifelong obsession with life on the water, Sydney Yacht Wraps was built by Brandon Mairs and Marcelo Ayara, two innovators whose passion for boats and yachts began decades ago and evolved into careers spent working hands on across every level of the marine industry. From early days maintaining and refitting vessels to mastering the complexities of superyachts, their deep technical understanding of yachts became the foundation for something entirely new. Together, they pioneered the development of yacht specific PPF and wrap films engineered to withstand the harsh marine environment setting a new global standard where none previously existed. Under their leadership, Sydney Yacht Wraps has helped define the yacht wrap industry, expanded to five locations around the world, and launched professional training courses to educate the next generation of yacht wrap specialists. Today, Brandon and Marcelo are recognized as industry leaders, with Sydney Yacht Wraps standing as the premier super and megayacht film installation company in Sydney and beyond.
